The individuals and organizations listed below have completed work on projects that have won historic preservation awards in Mount Vernon or other communities or they have been recommended to the MVHPC by owners who are familiar with their work. Inclusion on this list is not an endorsement nor does it assure that the individuals or organizations will do historically appropriate work. In addition, engaging those below does not affect whether or not a Certificate will be issued when property owners submit an application to the Commission. Property owners need to do their own due diligence with regard to these possible providers of services and the work that might be needed on their property.
